This is the upper 12″ long transmission speedometer cable assembly, includes the housing and inner steel cable. It is used on these models with cruise / auto speed control option. It has the plastic clip on type connector on one end, and a threaded adapter on the other. Very good condition, no damage. 21-84-1.
