Fits 1978-84 Dodge, Plymouth B-P100-300 models. This is the side cargo sliding door hinge arm. Solid metal arm, with threaded ends, 1 has a 5/16″, the other is 3/8″. Very good condition, the threads are nice. This arm may also fit newer Dodge Ram van models built through the 2003 model year. 23-1500-37 / 23C-300-33.
