This is the inner passenger side front bucket seat belt assembly, it is the lap buckle half, and has the female section of the interlocking belt coupler with release button. Blue in color, the Chrysler belt parts tag is clear and readable, with Chrysler Corp, #11681 / 4048304 / P2278. Very good condition, the plastic housing is not faded, without cracks, the release button is also very nice. 23-3800-3.
