This is the complete manual window regulator outside handle assembly on the tailgate panel. Chrome with brushed finish, includes lock cylinder housing. The lock cylinder and keys are serviced separately. Very good condition, not pitted or damaged. It has 3 mounting studs for attaching to the tailgate. 23-54-72.
