Front Seat Center Arm Rest# 2577809 – Black – C – Body – 1965-66 – USED
Fits 1965-66 C body Chrysler Newport, 300, New Yorker 2 door models with bucket seats, and w/o floor shift console. This is the front seat center arm rest / fold down unit, it is vinyl and black in color, and is a used original item. Good condition, the metal frame is solid, not rusted or damaged, it includes the bottom base pad, with the 2 pivoting supports, and upper pad, both pads have are linked with a carpet section, all the factory screws and fasteners. The rear of the lower pad has an optional cigar lighter provision complete with chrome bezel, element, and insert. The insert has “lighter” on it, with a plastic knob, the knob is not in good condition, it has some grinding marks. The knob screws on, and can be replaced. The carpeting on the lower pad some some signs of wear, but the vinyl covering is not cracked or cut, and the rolled end seams are still tight and attached. The covers are soft, not dry, overall a nice clean original piece that can be installed as is for most show car standards. It has the original ID tag with part# 2577809, and a date of 2-66; February 1966, and C-CH. This unit may also fit more B and C body applications and model years then listed; Dodge Coronet, Polara, Monaco, Plymouth Belvedere, Satellite, Fury models. The lower pad is approx. 23 1/2″ long, and the top pad is approx. 17 3/4″ long. 23-76-34.
