Floor Console Front Trim Pad Pkg# 4407 FX9 – Auto – C – Body – Chrysler – 1970 – USED
Fits 1970 C body Chrysler Newport, Custom, 300 models with automatic transmissions, bucket seats, and floor mounted console. This is a used original item, it is the front top trim pad assembly package. It includes the black trim pad# 4407 FX9, finish plate# 2879811, mounting bracket# 2878519, mounting clip# 2789250, lamp w/lens and housing; gearshift selector indicator# 2820756. The black pad has a few small scratches, and scuffs, but no major cracks or damage. The chrome on the finish plate is good, is has some light pitting, it includes the wood grain textured applique. The wood grain has 2 small areas on top that appear to be small nicks, or burn marks, the lens for the indicator has some pitting, and the black rectangle paint area has some wear. The underside metal plate is solid, and all the mounting screws and provisions are good. I disassembled the unit, and cleaned it, it is still in original condition, no repairs or modifications have been made. Overall a good respectable better then average condition / quality assembly. This item was originally in a 1970 Chrysler 300, some of the items in this package may also fit Dodge, and Plymouth C body models as well, also 1971 Chrysler models. 23-71-5 / 23-38-5 / 23-38-27 / 21-30-15.
