Console Assy# 3505 FX9 – Black – Auto – B – E – Body – 1971-74 – ORIGINAL/RESTORED
Fits 1971-74 B body Dodge Charger; 1971 R/T, 500, 1971-74 SE, 1971-74 Plymouth Satellite, Sebring, Plus, Road Runner, 1971 GTX, 1971-74 E body Dodge Challenger; 1971 R/T, SE, 1972-74 Rallye, Plymouth Barracuda, ‘Cuda, 1971 Gran Coupe 2 door models with automatic transmissions. This is a complete early style console assembly, it has the correct 4 hole top finish panel, and matching lower base for the early 1971 models, however it will work and mount correctly on the 1972-74 models as well. It includes the upper# 3504 FX9, and lower plastic base# 3505 FX9, the metal finish pate with vinyl wood grain applique# 3509153, lid hinge# 3515131, the 2 piece glove box lid# 3515 FX9, the lock cylinder and key package, and all the correct fasteners that are used for assembly. The upper and lower black plastic bases, and the 2 piece lid are all original items, as is the metal finish plate, and hinge. I have applied a new wood grain overlay, and new repro lock and cylinder package (includes 2 keys). The thin area on the outer side of the upper base by the shift bezel is nice, not warped or cracked. The unit was detailed and assembled, the lid operates smoothly, there were no repairs needed or made to the plastic bases, they are in very good original condition. The textured grain on the plastic bases and lid matches nicely. A very clean and detailed component, ready to install. 23-38-1 / 23-38-5 / 23-38-14 / 23-71-3.
