This is a used original 3 speed / variable windshield wiper motor assembly, includes the motor housing, ground strap, wiring harness, insulator, grommets, and seal. It has an assembly date of 229-0; 229th day 1970. It has been tested, and is in good working condition, the forward and park positions are in good working condition. The plating on the housing is better then average, still quite clean, not rusted or pitted. The part and date numbers are clear and readable. 23-67-98.
