This is the steering wheel horn pad, it is black in color, and has the Chrysler Penta Star medallion located in the center. There are 2 male wire connectors for the horn ring contact, and 4 plastic retainer clips on the backside. Very good condition, no wear or cracks, the texture is very nice, the medallion is clear and not damaged. This may fit more 1981-93 Dodge and Plymouth trucks and Sport Utility models then listed. 19-2002.
