This is the steering wheel damper weight assembly, it is approx. 1 3/4 pounds in weight, and is used as a vibration absorber type damper in the steering wheel, use on models with 2 and 3 spoke sport wheels, with automatic transmissions. Very good condition, the rubber insulators are not damaged. 19-400-3 / 19-900-10.
