This is a factory original cast iron 90 degree oil filter adapter. Includes iron housing base, and the threaded filter adapter. Good used condition. Casting# 2951995, there is no apparent casting date, the only visible numbers are 14. This is used to provide clearance and angle the oil filter away from exhaust manifold and pipe. Adapter can also be used on multiple body and small block engine combinations to accommodate for exhaust manifold / header modifications. This unit has a tilted filter angle, the early version is a straight angle. 10-26-12.
