Fits 1969 C body Dodge Polara, 500, Monaco models, all 2 and 4 door except convertible and station wagon. This is the left side instrument panel overlay, it is thin metal with a wood grain applique, and has 6 switch provisions, use on models with rear window defogger. It attaches to the dash bezel# 2864496 (not included). Very good condition, no scratches or damage. 1-87-22 / 8-53-297.
