Ignition Distributor Pkg# 3690201 – Electronic – Big Block – RB – 1959-78 – NOS/DIRECT CONNECTION
Fits 1959-78 Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler 413, 426 wedge, Max Wedge, 426 Hemi, 440 big block V8 RB engines. This is the ignition distributor package, it includes the complete distributor, parts tag and the rotor# IBK 1016. The distributor housing is cast iron, with upper shaft ball bearing for high rpm use, and is the Chrysler / Prestolite type, it was offered in the Chrysler / Mopar high performance Direct Connection parts catalogs in the early to mid 1970’s, the tag has date 37-6; 37th week 1976. It is an electronic type unit, there is a 2 wire connector with pick-up and plate assembly, reluctor, remote grease fitting with brass plug, and has the mechanical tachometer provision with threaded cap. It uses internal centrifugal advance springs and weights, no vacuum. Very good condition, original box, ready to install for your race or nostalgia project. 8-27.
