Fits 1946-48 Plymouth Deluxe, Special Deluxe P15S, P15C models. This is the horn blowing ring retainer, it is chrome and has 3 threaded mounting holes on the backside. The chrome is bright and shiny, no cracks or flaking, there is some very minor pitting. 8-33-5.
