Fits 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook, Cambridge, Savoy, 1953-54 Belvedere models with plastic steering wheel. This is the horn blowing ring, it is chrome and has 3 spokes. Excellent condition, nor cracked or damaged. The chrome is bright and shiny, not scratched, or pitted, the ribbed area on the spokes is very clean, a premium piece. 8-33-4.
