Front Floor Pan# 3615983 – B – Body – 1973-74 – NOS
Fits 1973-74 B body Dodge Coronet, Charger, SE, Plymouth Satellite, Sebring, Plus, Road Runner; all 2 and 4 door models including station wagon. It is unique to these B body models because it has the correct contour for the “Torsion Quite Ride Suspension” that Chrysler started using in the 1973 model year. There are provisions for the newly designed rear transmission cross member located just before the section where the seats would mount, 2 on each side of the trans tunnel hump (see images). The repro sections available do not include this aspect and will not leave enough room for the cross member. This is the front floor pan panel, very good condition, no rust or damage, it does not have any cuts or modifications. It attaches to the lower lip on the firewall towards the front, and to the rear center floor pan seam in the rear, and the side rocker panel sections, and brackets. It has the correct configuration channels and drain hole locations. The pan was serviced in this standard fashion, without any particular transmissions provisions, or cutouts, so it can be used with either automatic, with floor mounted console or column shift, or manual shift 4 speed transmission applications.
