Fits 1961-68 Dodge truck D-W100-700, 1969-71 D-W100-800 light, medium, heavy duty models. This is the heater cowl upper plenum cab air vent damper, it is plastic with a small 1/8″ diameter mounting hole in the center, and is approx. 6″ in overall diameter. Good condition, no cracks or damage. 23-61-57 / 1-48-403.
