This is the complete a/c heater control assembly unit,it is a used original item,that has been disassembled,cleaned and detailed to a high quality level,reassembled and tested. All the components are in good working condition. It includes the gray plastic housing with part number stamping and assembly date (093-4, )control selector levers with chrome knobs, 6 position vacuum switch# 3502414, 2 speed blower switch# 3502685. The white lettering is very nice,on black textured face bezel. All the mounting provisions are good.
