It includes 2 large metal frame brackets, 2 outer support brackets, license lamp wiring harness# 56003709, adapter lamp package# 82400599, and mounting hardware kit; 10 bolts, 2 chrome bumper bolts, 12 nuts w/ captive washers, 10 flat washers. The harness has 2 sockets for the lamp, and a 2 wire insulator on the other end. This package may fit more then the year and model applications listed. All items are in good condition, no damage.
