This is a 2 speed windshield wiper motor assembly, includes the housing, resistor, 3 grommets, 3 spacers and grounding strap. Very good condition low mile unit, the housing is clean, and has the original strap with part number. Tested and in good working condition, both high and low speeds work, and it also parks correctly. 23-67-98.
