Timing Chain Cover / Indicator / Water Pump Pkg# 2128896 – A – Body – 340 V8 – 1968 – USED

Fits 1968 340 V8 engines w/o air conditioning. This package will also fit multiple years for small block 273, 318 engines. Package includes the timing chain case cover casting# 2128896, cast iron water pump assembly, casting# 2402794, timing indicator part# 2658451. The casting date on the timing cover is 1967. These items were originally on an early built 1968 340 Dodge Dart GTS. All 3 pieces still have some evidence of the original red engine paint from the 340. The timing cover is aluminum and in good condition,not cracked,there is no damage from the cam,or the water pump impeller making contact on either side,and all the threaded holes are checked and in good condition. The indicator is good used item. The water pump is a used original;6 blade impeller,and should be re-built before installation,it has a casting date 5-27.
