Fits 1970 B body Dodge Coronet 440, 500, Plymouth Belvedere Satellite, Sport models with standard instrument dash panels. This is a used original item,green in color,it is a complete 2 piece unit,and includes the outer plastic lower dash panel,and the inner metal panel part# 2984720. It has a locking type cylinder,but the key is not included. It will latch and release,but it cannot be put in the locked mode. Good condition,no cracks or damage,the outer silver trim is nice. 23-84-3 / 23-06-10.
